I like to put the cookie sheet on the bottom rack in case anything does drip. I like the crispier crust, too, and that makes sure stuff like this pic doesn't happen. |

@idiotfilter, i typically don't use a baking sheet when cooking frozen pizza because putting it directly on the rack promotes more even cooking and a crispier crust, normally people would stick a pizza stone in the oven before preheating for this but ours cracked forever ago so.. |

never used cookie sheet, never had this happen. my theory is that the oven wasn't pre heated so the ice melted real slow allowing the pizza to become concave and eventually fail. |
