Flip the script around Mo. Lets say we live in a nation where gays are forbidden. And lets say you hold a sign that says "Gays are a part of our isle, live with it".
From the society's perspective, that seems like a message of hate towards their pre-established culture. But in your case, you just wanted to be heard.
The belief of not tarnishing the sainted isle or whatever is similar justification of what the nazi's had when it came to burning Jew authored books. |

But it's not blocking their views it's just blocking their cloven hooves setting foot on our sainted isle (I'm not religous by the way, it's just a nice way of putting it). The fact that I can read about their views as opposed to people in China being unable to read about their own country's history demonstrates that we have freedom of ideas. |

Unlike you, they never state anyone should kill or hurt anyone. I support the rights of racists to holler from the roves there various opinions, EVERYONE is allowed to say ANYTHING, provided it does not incite immediate violence. Any limits to free speech are grave dishonors to the country that perpetrates them, and I am truly sorry that you live in a country that feels the need to DISCRIMINATE against people based on their opinions. |

I disagree. I think anything that limits ones personal views is blocking freedom of expression. If it promoted violence such as "kill all ..." then that would be a matter of concern. But that is a genuine view that someone has. If it is not slander, liable, and does not promote criminal activity, why limit it?

Hate to have a dig at the mods, but primetimekin, that is plain ignorant. Their views can be published in the UK but they are not welcome here due to our incitement laws. They incite hatred and that is not deemed to be acceptable. We have enough haters in this country without importing. Anyone who incites hatred against a community in the UK will not be allowed in. That is not blocking the freedom of expression but it is saying that we choose not to have those people in our country. |

The photo is someone from a Westborough Baptist rally - one of the most vicious, and active, anti-gay hate groups in the U.S.
They used to just picket the funerals of gay men who died of AIDS, but when their dreams of criminalizing homosexuality and executing homosexuals did not become U.S. law, they broadened their efforts to protesting the funerals of U.S. service people as well.
About three years ago, they had a video up on the 'net - "God hates the world" which bluntly cursed and maligned everyone other than themselves.
So, tell us all, what 'good reason' exists to justify this abusive, degrading, dehumanizing, genocidal behavior? |

Keep complaining about how sh*tty USA is if you like, but there are literally millions who would move there given the chance. There are also quite a few thousands who risk their lives to do so.
My point is: USA isn't nearly as crappy a place to live as some of you pansies would like to make it seem. |
