Average american makes 40k a year, can't afford to have one of the adults stay home and take care of the cooking and cleaning shopping etc etc. Instead we all spend about 12-14 hours a day gettin ready for work, going to work, working, coming home from work and preparing for work tomorrow. So in the tiny ass little bit of time we have left somone runs by the McGrease or pick up something from the grocery that is quick to prepare (ala processed) and toss it in the oven the second they get in the door so that they and the family can eat some short time before they go to bed. Any more questions as to the american obesity problem?
I call bullpoo on that .I am extremely busy but still manage to cook all my own healthy food, all it takes is a little planning .Maybe Americans are too busy sitting on their fat asses watching tv to be bothered to cook but dont try and blame it on them working too hard to have time to eat healthy thats ridiculous. |

Jonas I work 10 hour days and then come home and prepare a meal for my family. Always have. It can be done if you are willing. We use our Forman grill and a convection oven. I clean and do the grocery shopping on the Saturday after work. It has nothing to do with not having time, it has to do with being lazy. |

Used to work at Maccas near a school, at 3:15pm all the mothers in their G0D damn SUV's would roll up to drive thru and order Mchappy meals with 'Icy Treats'. This is where various problems occur.
1) It's a G0D D@MN FROZEN COKE, F@TTY. Other Acceptable Answers include: Slushy, Slurpy.
2) Your unaborted fetus was ONLY at school for 6 hours. What you should be rewarding it with (apart from a falcon punch) is praise only AFTER they have proved they learnt something at school. Not for attending. This will promote the attitide that they never have to work for anything, they can just play all day and get rewarded for presence.
3) It was a catholic school.
4) I hated that job
