I've had my wind-shield pooped on by a pelican going the opposite direction while I was going 50mph.. That was a lovely sight. |

weird that this would get posted. a flock of somethings pooped ALL OVER the car this morning and i had to hose it off before it hardened or embarassed me while driving around. it was seriously bad. i live on the beach. |

There's this long bridge into a town called Redcliffe here, and Pelicans always congregate on the lampposts along it. A guy on a motorbike one day wrote into the local paper (during debate about bird repellers along the bridge) that being hit by one of them on your bike is like being hit by a kilo of flour and water that smells like a kilo of dead fish.... Blegh |
