Yeah Shadow, but eventually EVERY thing that becomes in any way popular has to get a label on it. It's just human nature. In the same vein, I agree, there is a nasty streak in human nature that derives as much pleasure from shooting something or someone down as there is from achieving personal success and being genuinely happy for another's good fortune. The Germans even have a word for it (of course it would be the Germans): Schadenfreude.

Christ, that was deep. Where did I put that joint?

You know, I've realized that if you put a label on something, people will be tempted to hate it. It seems like a natural instinct for people to do so.

mushie, i never ever suggest anyone to change religions. if you're comfortable and you feel good about your relationship with whatever deity/spirit/mystical force that you prefer, stay that way. don't not question everything you hear and read about it, but don't look to leave it either.

I look forward to the day when the Primes Mom has become such a well-known meme that the Akinator adds her to his database. That will be a glorious day.

"I think of... Octo-Mom. Was I correct?"

Ha, it's a head-melter, right Swifty? Either he's looking into your soul or it's a clever use of recursive feedback-loop AI with a dynamic SQL database which determines a set of likely answers from your response of which character you WERE thinking of should the neural-net algorithm get it wrong.

But yeah, I prefer the former too.

That whole post was fail, Davy. Including the link =/

You mean it didn't work, or you just thought it was lame? Worked for me. And yeah, I forgot, you can't do two html commands in the same comment, or the first one fails. IAB was coded back in the mid-16th Century by Franciscan monks, after all.

trp, I made a switch from hardcore bible-thumping, youth-fellowship-chairmanning, Christian-music-festival-attending, sex-before-wedlock-disapproving, church-ban-guitar-playing, to hardcore, balls-to-the-wall atheism. Didn't stop at agnosticism along the way, didn't collect $200.

Yeah, I don't do things by halves.

Oh right Ryder, gotcha.

Yeah, I made a switch from Catholicism to Deism recently. Funnily enough, it's a default option on the IAB profiles.
