when i worked at a bar and grill by the lake they didnt have iron plates so they had us microwave regular plates till they were f**king hot as f*** then serve the steaks on that. @$$holes |

It's mis-translated from the Chinese..."sheet iron" should actually be "hot-plate" and refers to either those hot iron plates that sizzling steaks etc are served on, or the hot-plate section of a bbq. |
