From what I have managed to scrounge up, it does not drain. There is a secondary floor that rise up, the water stays in place while the second floor moves up through it till its level with the floor. |

If its mechanical then it powered by electricity.. isnt there some chance of being electrocuted if some sort of leak would occur? I looks awesome .. but I would definitely pass on that one! |
