But From the looks of it she's probably rolling face (ecstacy) and this explains the interesting choice of garb....
1. Those clothes are soft you can tell just by looking, and everything soft feels amazing when you're on E.
2. When you're on E your teeth tend to chatter, which explains the pacifier.
3. She's clearly at a rave.
