right now, the vocal ones are those who are clawing for ground lost. dems-aligned ppl have less inclination to attack because dems are the ones more in power. it was the opposite when reps were the ones with more status, reps-aligned ppl were less vocal from what i remember.i notice how most of the responses here also very much depend on geographic location. in the us alone, southern and midwestern americans are more willing to place bush and obama on the same level. easterners are more likely to flat out say no to bush. but as my opinion, cmon people, the obama man has barely had one year in office and is only getting settled. and imho, the reps have been able to etch into his celebrity reputation because it was so exposed- of course its going to lose ground to a more realistic level! give the man a more realistic time period to figure out his presidency b4 you want another person at the helm. i remember it took clinton time b4 his work really brought us prosperity. |

I honestly think Obama wont serve a 2nd term. (the only way is if the GOP used Palin)
As for missing Bush? I honestly think he did a pretty decentjob for what cards he was dealt.The media didntlike him primarily due to his im gonna do this so just deal with it attitude although I do admitBush was terrible at speaking.Thats pretty bad after 8 years.
I really dislike the whole OMG HE GAVE TAX CUTS TO THE RICH!Im sorry but none of my bosses have ever been poor folks.If they have more money, they have more incentive to hire people.
Different political viewpoints are good and all the only thing I dislike is when people actually call themselves Democrats or Republicans as that is the moment when the person has lost all their objectivity on any issue as they would just copy what the party is doing.
Personally I think Obama could do well BUT the left leaning folks should realize that the Dems have all the power yet they are still blaming the GOP for everything, they have yet to |

Though I do in the sense that at least I wasn't surprised when he did insanely drated up poo. Did anyone else hear today that it's Obama's policy to assassinate American Citizens BELIEVED to be involved in terrorist activities? Because when I think "America, beacon of freedom and hope to the entire world," I think extrajudicial executions. |

bush served two terms because of his religious views and the fact that we were in the middle of war. its not often that the leadership of a country (actually i dont think at all in american history) that a new leader was voted in during war times. it also doesnt help that half the people who voted for him probably did it because they "hate them queers and brown peoples duh-huh." im just sayin. |
