I'm not saying there aren't people who do this for attention, but there are also people who are sharing legitimate emotions. And I don't think disrespecting somebody's grief is particularly funny. That just crosses a line. |

Broadcasting your life on FB is stupid. Tombstones and obituaries are the appropriate media for memorials. This is fishing for sympathy. Why do all her friends need to know her grandma died? I'm sure those that were close enough to Grandma Betty to care already knew she was dead before this chick posted it up online. Mark, however, is a douche... but funny... |

Secondly, sometimes you don't feel like having to inform every single person individually that you've suffered a devestating loss. So you tell them en masse, not so different from an obituary. Nothing wrong with that. It's just unfortunate for her that one of her so-called friends is an a$$. |
