I have a few things to say on this as a former iPhone user. First, if you have an iPod Touch, you're fine. I haven't found an MP3 player that will stack up yet so we have that. The iPhone probably would have been a decent phone if AT&T had shored up their network before putting that data hog on it. Now, this thing...come on. Seriously, I'm wondering just how many people are actually going to spend about $130 per month just to put that thing online. It looks nice and looks like it will work with current apps but I don't think anyone but early adopters are going to go for it. |

Wayhey, Apple release yet another overpriced fashion accessory. I love how he claimed that netbooks were slow and had low quality display when the Samsung NC10 has a faster processor and an almost identical resolution to the iPad. |

the music in the background is a synthetic version of 'in between days' by the cure. i had to point this out because it's my favorite song of all time. and i'm a little pissed they turned it into this cell-phone ringtone type thing for an apple endorsement. |

Hansbo, trust me, this is not irrational hatred. Although I personally don't much like apple products, I would be as unimpressed with this product no matter who made it.

There's nothing that makes people more angry than a new Apple product.Honestly, if you're not impressed, just don't buy it. The internet doesn't care about your irrational hatred of everything Apple. As for the iPad, I like the concept, but I would have preffered to see it with a real OS. If I hadn't had a laptop, I would probably use it for surfing in bed/doing work at school. It's pretty hot. |

It's an oversized iPod Touch. NO multitasking, NO webcam, NO phone, NO usable storage space, NO USB ports, NO microphone, NO desktop OS, NO handwriting recognition, AND inferior hardware. On top of that, you're required to use AT&T's already overloaded network if you want 3G. NO thanks. |
