Cobra, I think they are just trying to reduce the number of kids that go in there and get ugly stupid tattoos, like me when I was 17. This will allow them to give real good artistic tattoos and therefore enhance their craft. |

Ummm, extreme cases are not average. That little heart tattoo on your ass is not going to be a game changer in your life. Oh, sure, it's not exactly a wonderful thing to stare at. But tattoos and piercing in reasonable moderation are not evil. |
