IT'S A JOKE!!! IT'S SATIRICAL AND IRONIC!!! DON'T TAKE IT SO SERIOUSLY!!! You just can't teach stupid. On a more serious note. Some tattoos really do have certain consequences. For example if you put a big ol tatty on your back and then get pregnant you can kiss that lovely epidural good-bye. |

I mean, you really do need to think about things like tattoos before you get them...I personally want tattoos, but i know that i will be careful where i get it, and what i get because I do plan on having a real job at one point. |

Piercings aren't permanent. if they were, they would not close up. and even if they were, you could just take the jewelery out and no one would be able to tell. Of course, I don't know about the gauging or whatever. but that is retarded looking regardless of your age.

I don't think you can see it in my picture, but I just have a vertical labret in my lip. I kind of want to get a tattoo some day but I'd have to think about it a looooooong time. I'm not paying a crapload and sitting through agonizing pain just on a whim! |

I have two tattoos one in my arm and one very visible on my wrist. I work for the largest financial company in the world. I hold a level 3 position meaning there is only two more level positions between me and the CEO. Never let anyone tell you, you cannot be this or that because of the way you look, or chose to look. And refuse to be anywhere you will be graded on anything but merit alone. That is my philosophy. |

as for piercings, i had a lip and eyebrow piercing almost four years ago. took em out, and i still have the holes. not pretty. plus if i put pressure on them, pimply puss stuff comes out. ew. |

You'll not the people in that commercial work in a tattoo parlor, and are advocates for body modification. I myself have a few tattoos, each I wear with pride. I am not so vain as to say that I spurn being part of society, because that itself is another form of fitting in with a different crowd. I am just myself. |

Hmmmm most piercings aren't that permanent..q you just remove them.. and you will be left with at most... a speck on your face.. OH noes... And I have a great big massive tattoo on my back... It took me over a year to design and re-design and everytime I look at it I feel the swelling of pride for the art I have created.. its on my back so can only be seen by me unless I choose to show it... and I have never had anything but amazingly positive comments.. I say do what you like with your body just make sure you like it.. the people that take time to decide if its what they truly want rarely regret it.. and I can say I still love it now a few years on.. who knows what I will think in future... |
