no that is the colour fresh blood is. it is actually a much brighter red that the fake stuff they use in films and TV.
and males have brighter red blood than females because they have a higher number of red blood cells. |

Bright red blood does look fake on a BLACK guy jesus. On top of that their blood is probably redder in Haiti due to the living conditions and such. |

i kinda see Corpsecrank's point of view. the blood does look so fake, and i hope that kid gets better if he was actually bleeding that bad
im not trying to take anyone's side here, i dont even know who anderson cooper is and i dont care either. its just that the colour of blood in these pics and the videos on bbc look way too red, so i wouldnt blame anyone for thinking the whole thing was faked |

Corpsecrank---you're an idiot.This kid was hit in the head with a chunk of concrete, as the videos show, during a looting scuffle. Scalp wounds, even small ones, bleed like crazy. And despite what you think, people of darker colored skin have the same color blood as those with lighter colored skin. Know what you're talking about before you start typing, otherwise you make yourself look like a jackhole. |

I don't see him "saving" this kid from anything. I also do not see anything wrong with this kids head that it would be losing the kind of blood in these pictures. And finally I have bleed enough times in my life to know what it looks like and this is not blood. Looks more like red paint than blood.Not trying to be racist but that kid is pretty dark and if he were actually bleeding you would barely be able to see the blood compared to what is shown here. Just doesn't add up. I think someone really wanted to make a name for themselves by taking advantage of a disaster pretty low... |

i dont think it was photoshopped, and maybe a little dramatic of action, but at least he helped the kid unlike some reporters that are like "I am here live with this bleeding kid getting the poo kicked out him, just look at him, LOOK AT HIM BLEED, back to you reporter in america" BTW #3 is like WTF. |
