My dad decided to buy a couple of horses just 'cause he could. I didn't mine the crap cleaning and their food and riding them around was fun. Except when one horse was mad at me and threw me off her back, breaking my hips (again). :( Didn't ride her again. My dad sold the horses to a better more qualified owner. |

I love eating meat, but there are many animals meat I'd never ever try (unless I was starving to death and had no other choice), Horse is one of them. These abstainments include animals general deemed as "pets" and those that have a reputation for not being good eating. If I had to draw a diagram, Like he did, Of where the poo is located within him. The brown, Indicating poo, Would located in his skull. |

So basically some a-holes from californ-I-A irresponsibly bought animals they had no idea how to care for and let them fester in pens full of crap and didn't train them or exercise them or care for them other than shoving food into their pens, and then blamed the horses for their own horrible existences. You and your family are truly awesome, Matt. Thanks for sharing your tale of abuse. |
