When I went to go see New Moon the day after it came out there were over 1200 people queueing for the same showing. The Cinema had no seats left and they were turning people away at the ticket office for health and safety issues.
Clearly Twilight has a massive following and a lot of fans.
I did notice that a lot of the people there were girls who probably went just to see the various male actors; people actually wolf whistled and cheered when Jacob removed his shirt.

Calm down. I was only trying to ad some humor to a post that i feel is a little lacking. If you'll kindly look over my previous posts, you'll hopefully note that I've never been one for criticism.
