You know guys, the more you get uppity about this crap the more it will continue. If you teach a young kid to get offended, they will get offended because you gave them a reason to be. If you pass it off as nothing special, the child will adopt that behavior too. So basically, chill. |

I bet theres a white one and either a hispanic or asian one too. ever notice in doll commercials friend groups have 3 girls, a black one a white one then another girl who is either hispanic, asian, or white but with a different hair color than the other white girl, and they all match their doll. |

It's not even racially insensitive. They made the same toy of a white baby also, but the only one people focus on is this one. It's ridiculous... |

Use a little common sense. Try the standard that imbored454 suggests. Would you say it to the face of a big black guy walking down the street? If not, then it is racist. |

Doesn't surprise me that much. In Sociology class we had to write a paper on toys and we had to go to the toy aisle and make notes on various thing we saw. It's amazing what's on the packaging or the toy itself when you stand and analyze it. |

There was probably a white baby doll too, so they made a dark-skinned one as well. I hate people who cry racist without even thinking about it. |
