Sunday, October 11, 2009 11:14:27 PM And to quote the prolific FOTC: But what's the real cost, cause the sneakers don't seem that much cheaper Why are we still paying so much for sneakers when you got little kid slaves making them What are your overheads? |

Sunday, October 11, 2009 6:05:44 PM What were their jobs before making my shoes? How much did it pay? I suspect this job as crappy as it may seem, lifted them up a bit. |

Sunday, October 11, 2009 5:05:41 PM "wrexsoull" there are places and situations that make it difficult for people to choose where they work, obviously that is most likely the case when it comes to workers in sweatshops, they really see no other option. They can't quit if that is their only income. |

Sunday, October 11, 2009 2:28:12 PM It's not like they are slaves. They have their free will to work where they want to. Obviously, if they didn't want a job at a sweatshop, they would quit. |

Sunday, October 11, 2009 1:43:17 PM This is deplorable. Nike should pull out of these undeveloped countries and let them all starve the way nature intended. |
