Yup it is Korean, the Hangul alphabet actually.
It's probably just an ergonomic sketch for a toilet design. I wonder what this is. It kind of looks like the design to a skirt that stops people from being able to see your underwear, but it doesn't seem likely... not sure what else it could be. A lot of people seem to be insinuating that it's some sort of formula for looking up skirts, but that seems even less likely (since the formula could be reduced to "look down slightly depending on where you're sitting and how short her skirt is") |
