Tuesday, October 20, 2009 2:48:54 AM HaHa, nice - I'll sue you for being better than me.I get crap like this all the time, but it's more like "I found out someone listed me as having Genital Warts on you website when I (my friend, my boss, etc.) Googled my name. Then if a post gets removed for some TOU violation they blame me for still being on Google. It's surprising how many people don't know that Google determines their listings by copying random information and that webmasters are not responsible for what content from their sites end up on search engines, how it is displayed, or where it ranks. |

Monday, October 05, 2009 9:31:22 PM I would be shocked if any attorney accepted that case. You can copyright names but now words found in the dictionary. Pathetic. |

Saturday, October 03, 2009 5:16:47 AM If it really does not relate to that keyword at all, it wouldn't be ranked higher than his site. Learn you some SEO. |

Friday, October 02, 2009 11:11:15 AM Well if a "jedi" is going to sue Tesco for not letting him wear a hood, then sueing someone over a petty internet matter isn't that wierd. |

Friday, October 02, 2009 6:53:19 AM This reminds me of a lawsuit a while back from a guy to a website owner. He admitted that he hotlinked a pic off the website and wanted it put back up because it was a main point of his site. He, in effect, stole the image and was upset that it disappeared. |

Friday, October 02, 2009 6:32:34 AM Am I the only person who noticed that the address not blurred is the recipient who most likely posted this on the internet so everyone could lawl with him? Everyone's trying to track him down when he isn't the douche who sent it... |

Friday, October 02, 2009 5:58:52 AM His niche business can't be doing well if he's resorting to threatening to sue over the use of similar key words |

Friday, October 02, 2009 4:43:48 AM The fact that everything is blurred out is rendered completely obsolete when the guy's e-mail address, which happens to be his name, is displayed. Also, if only the address were blurred out and the full text shown, it would have been easier to read, and probably a lot funnier. |

Friday, October 02, 2009 12:53:31 AM They need to get some perspective on life and realise that they have no grounds to sue, however, it is both impolite and annoying to use a keyword to get higher on google when your site has nothing to do with that keyword. Not so much for other sites trying to get higher, but for people who are looking for things related to said keyword and just get a bunch of stuff completely unrelated. You kind of just look like a douche when you make such a big deal out of it, though. |
