Monday, October 12, 2009 1:56:40 PM ... How do people end up doing this? It's so simple...Distraction. Probably were talking on their phone at the time. I have to confess - I did this once: drove off with the nozzle still in the fill tube. Don't remember the details, other than I was having a bad day, and obviously distracted (but not on the phone). Good thing it had an emergency breakaway connector installed. in the hose. Made a pretty good noise when it popped loose, so I notice right away. No damage to anything, and no gas spilled. I was able to simply click the hose back together. |

Saturday, September 05, 2009 3:55:33 AM Ruftytufty, it may have seemed like an easy fix by clicking it back together but that connector had to be replaced, and those aren't cheap. |

Friday, September 04, 2009 6:21:20 AM richmond32: F--k you. Australia has a much higher illiteracy rate.Only idiots like these would drive foreign vehicles. They just don't care. Who gives a poo about the $40k you just sent overseas, right? Who cares about the domestic jobs lost for every foreign vehicle purchased? |
