Tuesday, August 25, 2009 9:35:44 PM MrHyde, your chart is not true. Simple as that.It may describe a small few, but in no way represents the majority. This is a fact. If you choose to not believe it, that is fine.

Tuesday, August 25, 2009 11:14:04 AM You're right. I really meant on any internet site, television show, magazine, or book not devoted to Christianity or any group of people that is not predominantly Christian. In that case, say you're a Christian and the flame dogs are coming right at you. This website is a perfect example. I don't know what gets more negative comments- a person with gauges, tattoos, or a foot for a tounge or someone who chooses to believe in Christianity. I mean, your response pretty much proved my point. |

Tuesday, August 25, 2009 10:54:34 AM "Nowadays, being a Christian takes courage and is about the most "alternative" thing you can do."-AHAHA, right cause 32% (largest percentage of "believers") of the people in the world believing in the same myth is alternative ! |

Tuesday, August 25, 2009 10:26:52 AM There's more to understanding the Bible than simply reading it. You must also study and understand the culture from which it came. Many things had different meanings at the time the Bible was written. You have to accept and understand that it was written by humans who have human bias.Nowadays, being a Christian takes courage and is about the most "alternative" thing you can do. Don't be a jerk. |

Tuesday, August 25, 2009 5:11:29 AM Lionhart, I am not going to argue with someone who doesnt know his own faith, you are a Cultural Christian, taking your beliefs from those around you rather that the book you purport to get them from. You should at least know the number of Apostles, lol! |

Tuesday, August 25, 2009 1:10:21 AM > StarDagger1. Gay? 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 No fornicators, idolaters, adulterers, homosexuals, sodomites... will inherit the kingdom of God. 2. Turn the other cheek? Matthew 10:34: I come not to bring peace, but to bring a sword. Is Jesus peaceful? 2. Thirteen? Ever heard of the TWELVE disciples? 3. Unemployed? They all had jobs, you didn't eat back then unless you worked. Luke was a Doctor. 4. Healing the rich and poor? There are 34 miracles directly mentioned; hardly an entire healthcare policy. |

Tuesday, August 25, 2009 12:24:47 AM "It is obvious that Jesus was gay, with such memorable gay lines such as "If someone hit you on one cheek, give him the other one to hit". He hung out with 13 unemployed guys some of whom he came onto with such original lines such as "Come, follow me and I shall make you fishers of MEN" He was he original proponent of universal health care, going around and healing the rich and the poor. Not only gay, but a gay liberal!"Ah, but even though the top Conservative Christian speakers are saying that, you have to convince your average idiot of that. It is impossible. Their minds are locked up like a bank safe on a saturday night during Anarchy. |
