You're right. I really meant on any internet site, television show, magazine, or book not devoted to Christianity or any group of people that is not predominantly Christian. In that case, say you're a Christian and the flame dogs are coming right at you.This website is a perfect example. I don't know what gets more negative comments- a person with gauges, tattoos, or a foot for a tounge or someone who chooses to believe in Christianity. I mean, your response pretty much proved my point. |

There's more to understanding the Bible than simply reading it. You must also study and understand the culture from which it came. Many things had different meanings at the time the Bible was written. You have to accept and understand that it was written by humans who have human bias.Nowadays, being a Christian takes courage and is about the most "alternative" thing you can do. Don't be a jerk. |
