meth crystalizes in the body after smoked. thats why they scratch at themselves because they think they have spiders all over them, when really its the meth re-crystalizing. |

Meth is a stimulant and with the added jitteryness, meth users pick at themselves and thus end up with spots and sores all over.

another reason for the sores on the face is the manufacturing of meth. one of the ingredients is a highly corrosive liquid, and a lot of times in the manufacturing process, it splashes up on them. if their hands and arms were shown, they would look even worse. |

they get scars and legions because they generally have a very poor diet and this stops the body from being able to repair itself properly. the slightest cut or nick can last for ages. also it ruins your immune system, so they run the risk of geting ill, being infected very easily |
