Grocery store and supermarket mean the same thing here.Though i usually just call it a supermarket but i've been know to say grocery store every now and then. |

No, chibi ichigo, in the united states a grocer is a butcher is a baker is a veggie store is a convenience store is a drug store. often times they also have a bank and some fast food.I much prefer the rest-of-the-world approach of going to an individual butcher/baker, as the product is always a lot cheaper, fresher, and overall better that way. But there is very little urban life in the united states compared to rest-of-the-world-land |

If you see "Pennsylvania-style BBQ" on a menu, it's a plain old ham sandwich. And bell peppers are called mangoes. I have lived up here since I was 6 and I still don't understand it. |
