It's actually not such a bad idea. I used to know a site that had instructions on how to make it yourself (and I strongly suspect they invented it) and my friend did so. Turned out well, and he primarily used it to make what he called BLT Caesars (though the L wasn't entirely accurate) |

It's also a fun drug that I use myself, but it is poison. It can kill you outright by poisoning. A sublethal dose can kill you indirectly by triggering cancer. Repeated sublethal doses can kill you by cumulative damage. It's a poison. 4 drinks of pure alcohol might well kill you. It depends on how much you put in each drink, how much you've been abusing alcohol over time (it's a drug you can build a tolerance to, although you should be worried if you do, your mass, your metabolism, what you've eaten recently and luck. But 4 drinks of pure alcohol might kill you outright, and that's assuming you're using standard measures for spirits. 4 doubles, certainly. Check out some of the hazardous chemical sheets for alcohol. |

If you drank 40% of a shot consisting of pure ethanol, that would be the same as drinking a shot of vodka. Hardly a lethal dose. |

There are recipes for doing this at home. All you need is bacon, vodka, a week, and a coffee filter. You can also make pepper vodka, apple vodka... pretty much any flavored vodka you want. |
