From what I understand, the "greatest army in the world" is entirely comprised of mentally subnormal white supremacists who live in trailers and like to kill everything that moves (especially British soldiers). In Europe the only people who live in "trailers" are Slovaks, and that's only until the trailer arrives in England. What's more, the American "Trailer people (Sic)" use incredibly expensive high-tech weapons designed by fat beardy people who go to Star Trek conventions, presumably for inspiration, and like to eat everything that moves. Lets face it boys, it's the fat beardy weirdies that are the best in the world, you bomb the living F*ck out of everthing with computer guided high-explosives and then send in a few scrawny rednecks with M16s to bully the natives and generally "Americanize" (sic) the place afterwards.
