Friday, July 17, 2009 7:49:09 PM The Giant Pacific Octopus is supposed to be quite shy and kind of friendly if it does decide to check you out, according to the diving people I know around here in Vancouver. I heard that divers used to seek them out to wrestle them, but it's so stressful for the Gian Pacific Octopus that it usually goes to hide and die. |

Friday, July 17, 2009 4:37:22 PM I remember in year 4, I had a teacher who absolutely b*llocked somebody for saying "Oh my god", because she was a complete religious nut, and she was pretty old, so maybe he had the same teacher, and she mentally scarred him or something. Then again, he could just have a fetish for hats or something. |

Friday, July 17, 2009 4:32:28 PM aliachloe, unless there was a freak gust of wind and said hat blew away, no it is not normal British slang. You would be laughed at for the remainder of the week :) |

Friday, July 17, 2009 3:48:58 PM Nah, probably religious people were pissy about the mis-use of 'OH MY GOD' all the time and they had to censor or something *shrugs*Still funny though.. I might use it. 'OH, MY, HAT.' |
