it could be the native american thing, but i thought it was more curvy. maybe it really is the native american symbol, and they just had a hard time quilting it like that |

WHAT! the swastika that hitler changed diagonally came from native amercans it meant peace for them. who knew someone could get it and turn it around to mean something totally different |

As mentioned earlier, those aren't swatstikas. In other words, this picture fails. Unless of course, you didn't know that.Now, if it were on a diagonel, then yes, it would indeed be a swatstikas, espcially if tan, white red and black were displayed |

I just saw a show last night that said that the navaho feel whirlygigs were to sacred to for permanent mediums. They should be sand paintings only. so its sacreligeous on a blanket or quilt |
