Codmily: Wow, are you new to IAB? If so, my apologies. If not - then you should be used to this. As I see it, correcting someone's grammar is assisting them. Also, no I am not God, Santa, the Tooth Fairy or the Easter Bunny. I was rationally explaining something that was going on in the threads. :)Bekll: I shall agree to disagree. USFemo girl: I don't care how much you love grammar there's no reason to criticize someone who doesn't feel the need to use proper grammar outside of school or work. Who gives a flying f.uck if they put a damn period in or out of quotation marks. You are not God, are you? NO... So you being what you call a "grammar Nazi" is not going to help anyone out, in fact, I'm pretty sure it's not going to do anything but make you look like a stuck up want to be smart girl. He needn't quote an entire title for it to count as the title. He quoted what was in the title. Thus, he put the period outside the quotations. |

Peloos: You know me. You know I wasn't being all, "I'm better than you blah, blah, blah, crap, crap, crap." I was just trying to help and educate in regards to grammar. I do the same thing in chat - it actually helps some people. Also, I'm not perfect - I make mistakes too. I never mind if I am corrected. Devi: It doesn't make anyone intelligent - it just makes us educated and knowledgeable in that apsect. Also, flame war over from myside. Back to that badass chef! Hm... wonder if I could hire him for some catering. |
