this shows what can be expected of ur average sports fan only times maybe a thousand or so. they shouldnt be allowed to gather in groups of more then 2. sound like overkill? not at all, this is prolly the first time i have spoken out against an undesirable group in society without advocating slaughter and/or forced sterilization haha."we're just able to not act on it when we're sober. " thats the common excuse for people that drink. alcohol barely changes a person more then lack of sleep. other then the various physical deficiencies that come with drunkenness a person is the same as they r sober. they just dont care.. no mercy for drunks i say. if u cant control urself u shouldn't be allowed to drink |

I thought the whole entire riot was rediculous. THEY EFFING WON!!! And yet they STILL had the need to go out and trash, break, set fire to things, and "rock" peoples cars??? SERIOUSLY. WHAT THE F*UCK?!?! How freaking imature can you get?! WHAT DO YOU GAIN FROM THIS?! Good lord they're effing ADULTS!! You should celebrate with a home/bar party, not f*cking up the whole city!! You know it's never really made sense to me... why would you destroy your own city when you win? I mean honestly, wouldn't you rather go and tear up the opposing teams city, or maybe just beat the hell out of the opposing team... but the next morning their the ones that have to deal with everything they did so whatever, to each their own I suppose, besides, if it wasn't for those crazy sob's we wouldn't have anything to point and laugh at now would we ;) |

Well it is natural to want to celebrate with fellow fans or what-have-you, so charging into the streets to slap hands and chest bump is a reasonable reaction. But then you throw in alcohol, and all you need is a couple sparks to get the mob mentality rolling. Everyone likes a little destruction, we're just able to not act on it when we're sober. The inebriation brings out the beast. |

I honestly have never understood WHY people take to the streets and participate in rioting and general douchebaggery when their teams WINS a World Championship.
As a species, we humans really suck. Images like the ones above just underscore the fact that we will eventually destroy ourselves unless something in our makeup changes, and changes SOON.
