It's a loud factory, if you look at his eyes closely, it looks like he's just bending down to hear her. He also seems to be looking off to her left.
Having said that, is she an engineer? That's not much skin to be showing walking around outside, but WAY too much to be exposed in a factory. But, I'm not an engineer.. am I wrong? Seems everyone in factories are supposed to be pretty covered up for safety reasons.

Upon closely examining the evidence, and I do mean closely, I think she is probably attempting to draw attention to her cleavage. If she doesn't want to be looked at she should avoid having to interact with other creatures with eyes. I recommend bats. |

Ok I've read through a lot of the comments and I'm kinda pissed off. Almost all the guys are saying that if women don't want men to stare at their chests then we shouldn't wear the tank-tops or low cut shirts. That's crazy. Most of my friends would wear tank-tops because they're COMFORTABLE!! And yea, I realize that some women go out of their way to dress in the shortest skirts and the tiniest tops just for attention. But most of us don't, we just do it to be comfortable. And we can't help it that we have boobs, either. It doesn't really matter what we wear, really, because pretty much anything we wear guys will STILL notice our boobs.  And by the way guys, the owner of this account is at her friend's house, mine, and is in the kitchen and I decided to jump on her account to see what's up. So please don't start hating her on IAB. Maybe skillfully edited, but I'm going with it being set up.People talking about balls are thinking about the wrong part - the closest parallel in most of "the west" would be a man's bottom, not his balls. And if a man with a nice arse walked around with half of it uncovered, many people would look. |

Woman in picture is probably not an engineer. The majority of engineers are male, and the majority of engineering jobs are desk jobs. Besides which, most people in an industrial setting such as what is depicted aren't engineers. |

It adds to the hilarity of the image that the photographer caught him seemingly leaning into the ogling process, but just as a point of conjecture, he looks like he was actually getting some work done around there instead of standing around in a pristine lab coat and low cut shirt (as many have mentioned). On another point though, this man may have been in the middle of some actual labor from which he might surely tire and actually have a reason to be stooping, while it looks like maybe the engineer just approached to say "you are less than human" before going back up to the office to chillax with some blueprints. Which party is really being exploited here? |

Women wear whatever they want because they feel comfortable in it. I wear tank tops all the time and in hot summer days like here in florida its too hot for me to wear a bra sometimes, it doesn't mean Im a slut and I want every guys attention and I'll have sex with every guy that stares at my boobs, It means Im too god damn hot and I want to wear something comfortable to cool off! I do feel uncomfortable when I am stared regardless if they are attractive or not. |
