He'd post YOUTUBE videos making prank calls to stores and whatnot - later he'd let kids pay him $5 to make bomb threats to their school. NOT ONE RIGHT WAS VIOLATED, due process was given. He's a criminal, thats all. Kingofall - look up the logical fallacy of hasty generalization and tell me who the moron is.

Well I'm taken that she meant she did not believe in gun ownership, which is her right not to own a gun and as long as she respects others rights to own and bear arms I respect that. It's going to take a revolution to get the US back on track but, it's not going to be a revolution of violence. The D&R's are both for passing and retaining the "UN"-Patriot Act wise up and vote them all out. |

Am I the only one that noticed that the IP address shown in the video is a private network address? one that can be duplicated many times across the internet without causing any identity confusion because the router translates that address into another address when comunicating with the internet service provider? that may be a mess up on the part of the news channel, but regardless i don't think these people had a static ip address (generally only available on business class connetions) on their internet connection so how could someone steal their randomly assigned dynamic ip address? if anything the only way that the fed's would have tracked the kid down was through the mac address and that's hardwired into his computer's networking hardware. then again if some one told me that hackers could fake a mac address i'd be ready to believe them. but still when are reporters going to start actually researching the crap they put on tv? |

Is it just me or did that kid totally deserve to be arrested and taken to juvie. The whole shady other person stealing his IP story smells like bullpoo, and this kid was clearly just making stupid bomb threats using his internet and his phone for kicks and giggles. Of course he's not a terrorist, but he deserves to be punished and this ought to teach him not to act like such a toolbag. |

Wait, after 7 1/2 years it makes it into the American news that the Patriot Act MIGHT just be an unjust infringement of constitutional rights?What the hell happened in between, did they just ignore all that &§"! that has been going on?
Hell, I'm scared to visit friends in the states because I might be kept there for an undefined period of time because I forgot to take out a nail file out of my luggage. Seriously - if you're not enraged, you're not paying attention. |
