I don't think the bank is stupid, but they are catering for the more stupid people of the world. It's like a sign saying please remove your bike helmet, some people just forget.
There is nothing wrong with this sign. |

See, you would think it would be obvious.. in any other state, but it gets REALLY cold up here.. and we tend to wear the masks to keep our faces warm. Some just aren't smart enough to take them off when entering a bank (and no, we're not right next to a ski resort... we have a few.. but we dont have any banks right next to them) |

Why would anyone go into a bank wearing a ski mask for any other reason? And, if someone goes and robs that bank now, not only will they get in trouble for stealing, but they would get in trouble(if they wore masks)for disobeying the rules anyways ;D |
