Saturday, May 30, 2009 7:56:33 AM Cunegonde seriously not all teenagers act that way. I agree with Krabkat but you don't have to be so judgemental. In my eyes your still acting like an 8 year old... |

Monday, April 27, 2009 11:10:32 PM Krabkat, don't forget that the average age of the posters at I-A-B appears to be 15 or so. Teenagers = idiots, everyone knows that. Don't let it harsh your mellow. |

Friday, April 24, 2009 7:19:08 PM Whoa...I'm really surprised at the judgmental comments here. Yeah, the guy weighed over 1200 LBS. - He's doing something about it - in 3 years he's lost 500 of those lbs. He's still dieting and losing but he's still waaayyy too heavy to walk on his own. There is no possible way for him to get out and about without this kind of assistance. At least he is making himself part of the community - that will help him want to continue to lose the weight.Sorry for the sound off here but some of the comments really got me upset... hamalina: I've got news for you...losing 500 lbs. is an amazing feat. You say you don't see what's so great about that when it's just a fraction of his weight? Well...he's now almost half the man he used to be. Every pound he loses gets him closer to a normal weight. So every single pound counts! That's the big deal. Ok...sorry again for the rant...touched a hot button for me I guess. Moving on... |

Friday, April 24, 2009 5:53:56 AM It's bad that he weighs that much, but if he's happy with it, and knows about the consequences of being that obese, then it's okay, I suppose. We don't have any right to make decisions for him. |

Friday, April 24, 2009 2:04:47 AM By the way, when you're THAT fat, ANY sort of diet and/or exercise WOULD work. I don't see what's so great about losing 500 lbs, when it's just a fraction of his fat. |

Thursday, April 23, 2009 7:42:26 PM He seems like a really happy guy! Although I think anyone would, feeling 500 pounds lighter. Getting out and moving around is good for the mind and body. I'm sure he'll continue to lose a lot more weight now that he has this. :) |

Thursday, April 23, 2009 6:28:31 PM bustamovexxx: Yea I feel the same way. It's almost like he's a celebrity for his weight. You lose the weight, you lose the fame. Yea he will be know as the person who dropped 900 pounds but then it's gone. Newbie: The man is 730 pounds. There is a chance he can't walk. People who are 400 pounds have trouble walking. |

Thursday, April 23, 2009 3:15:58 PM I would expect people to want him to walk and lose more weight, but apparently I don't have a good grip on reality; instead everyone encourages him to just lay around and stay fat. That van is gonna smell terrible in a couple weeks. |
