This is 100% legal. You can do whatever you want with the postal system and the federal government can't do anything about it, because companies who send bulk mail are douchebags. Also a mailman on IAB said you can do this too.*Waits for an update from IABers who are 'so going to do that.'* |

ha, yes, the elmo is a nice touch... though continuing the "criminals are dumb" theme, the idiot will miss out on ebay sales when Rosie O'Donnell promotes a new elmo doll thus making the old elmo doll that he mailed a collectors item. |

According to article 101.8769543222 of the postal regulations manual, mailing hazardous materials is actually encouraged as long as Elmo is included in the parcel. The sender is then rewarded with a special merit badge. How amazing is that?? |

Sending the used diaper is bio mat and could be considered hazmat. Since the post office is a government agency, he has now committed a felony. Thankfully he added all of the other junk mail that he gets so the PO knows exactly where to find him. Thank goodness criminals are dumb! |

In the U.S. every year, 100 MILLION trees are used to make junk mail, 2 BILLION gallons of water are used to make junk mail, yet only 2% of people that receive it respond to it. I've never been a huge environmentalist, but that is just ridiculous. |
