I've been on I-am-bored.com for years....this is the firs time I find the need to post something...For all of you that say he appears mentally challaged...either way....you CAN'T sell to him. Its illegal to sell alcohol to mentally challanged person without a "guardian" with them. So its a good way to handle the situation whether he was drunk already or not. |

they got it wrong, the fact is drunks are mental, and will go off if you refuse to serve them. What they should have done was swap it with a non alcholic bottle, sent him on his way. He would not realise till he was out of the shop, doors locked and you waving buh bye. Drunks are fun |

That's the law in America, for the same reason the person from Canada stated.By you selling that person more alcohol you are then giving them the right to go out and possibly hurt another person or themselves, because you let them out on the road and you knew they were in that condition. You're supposed to do just what the "manager" did, and I wanna say if they don't have anyone to come and get them then I *think* you have to call the police. But I'm not 100% sure on that. |
