Wow add that to the other reasons I hate cops. I'm not saying all cops are bad but there are three reasons people become cops 1. To boss around and be jerks to other people. 2. To get away with breaking the law (It happens a lot where I'm from)or 3. To honestly help people and be a good example for society. Unfortunately 1 and 2 are more prevalent than 3. |

The second officer was a trainee so is not in trouble for this (how was he supposed to know it wasn't what happened when a girl kicks her shoes at you?!)The cop is going down for this by the sounds of it, even if she threatened him the force was excessive, he could just have feinted to hit her and she would have been subservient! |

I don't know the backstory, but unless she said, "I have a gun in my pocket and I'm going to kill you," then both cops deserve to be fired and jailed; if a civilian beat someone like that they'd be in jail, why should a cop be an exception? |

It's obvious whatever she said when she got put in the cell pissed off the officer, but there is NOTHING she could of possibly said that would have justified that. She was on the floor not moving and he punched her in the face still. I hope some one castrates this guy with a red hot rusty coat hanger. Seriously, even if that girl did do something really bad (which is most likely why she was in juvi in the first place) she wasnt being violent or resisting, that guy needs to get the poo beat out of him.

HOLY drat WHAT DID SHE DO?! KICKED OFF HER SHOE?!I'm MORE then sure she gave him attitude as well.. but Christ, I'm SURE it did NOT deserve the reaction of that officer! Don't they realize they are being taped? I would LOVE to see what his defense is going to be.. I hope he feels like a big man now, slamming a young girl up against a wall, throwing her to the floor, punching her in the head & then leading her out of the room by her hair..
