the mut got what she deserved! Snot-nosed 15 yo girls like that should know their place! I say open up a can of whoop ass on her in the interrogation room too.
It it not just awesome that inmates are being filmed while taking a dump in detention? I bet the cops have all sorts of fun while jerking off to the voyour tapes of 15 year old girls like that. |

and pulling her by the hair? all she did was kick at them, all they had to do was shut the door, it's not like she could have gone out? Cops are pussies, and when I say that I mean mentally..they get offended by anything and use way too much power due too their low self esteems. I think these cops should get fired. THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO DO THAT. I've seen shows like Jail were the people are even bigger, spitting and hitting the door and all they do is put them in a chair.I think this is really ridiculous, because it was such a small girl, they cop could have broke her skull on the ground. Bobthemime - she was arrested for suspected car theft - a step up from "shoplifting." Perhaps actually read news and get informed before opining, rather than just watch internet videos.Now, that said, this police officer IS BEING PROSECUTED, as well as he should. Definately excessive force, against a minor female already in a jail cell. The "shoe kick" could not have been so bad as to warrent him roughing her up so bad, and pulling her by the hair. The only possible justification would be if she spit at him, but thats not mentioned anywhere. I will say this though - that chick probably won't mess with cops again. I feel bad for her, regardless. |

ahh, angry. She was just a pissed off girl, who probably had a bit of a attitude, and kicked her shoes off, and MAYBE it hit one of them. But what the hell do you expect? She's 15, and with the cops. She's going to be pissed off. There is no need to kick her ass for it. This drives me compelety crazzyyyy. GAHHH. |

that's all you see on the camera is her getting her @$$ whooped....you didn't see how she was probably acting before....for all we know, she could've been spitting on them (and might have hepatitis or something)....biting and breaking skin (and might have aids). Although it was uncalled for....but she probably needed it. It's either jail or Maury. |

she should get a statue, like they done for that dude that threw shoes at bush.what i heard was that she was asked to take her shoelaces out, just in case she tries to kill herself, and she responded like "here, take the whole shoe" what happened next was the worst kind of punishment, she proabbly in for a minor shoplifting, but that cop had too much redbull and too little sleep, and itching to got batpoo crazy and rip the first "scumbag" to pieces. if he does get a sentance, which i hope he does, when he comes out of jail, he's got a shining career in WWE with moves like that |

She was probably being a mouthy little bitch...was probably a handful just to get her to get her to the jail cell, and was probably asked to remover her shoes...and then kicked them at the officer......and STILL this does not justify the "lesson" doled out by this sorry excuse for a police officer. |
