first of all, before you are all like poor girl yada yada yada, this chick obviously did something to get arrested and put in the holding cell. second, like a smartass shes kicking her shoes at the cops. she probably thought who she was, talking her poo to the cops, kicking her shoes, etc. she got what she deserved. |

The girl was giving the officer an attitude, law enforcement officers have alot to deal with and they dont need a 15 year old girl flinging her shoes at him for no reason, if she was there she did something wrong, bitch deserved it. |

idc what she said, that was inexcusable, officers arent above the law, if you strike somebody without them striking you first (AKA if it isnt self defense) you get assault charges. that girl was not a threat, he had no reason to be punching her in the back of the head like that, hope the pig gets his fat ass fired. |

No one deserves that from anyone not even a cop they're bullies every single one I've met thinks they're all big and bad. I hope he goes to jail and gets pushed around by some of the criminals he put in there. The girl wasn't innocent, but she was 15. What's his excuse again? Oh yeah he's a tool I mean cop.

I hope every single one of you defending her gets their car stolen some time, and has to deal with the thief being an obnoxious, self righteous brat.Hell, I wish the girl did something worse, just so I could wish worse punishment on those defending the girl like she's some sort of innocent little angel. Having said that, the cop admitted his wrongdoing, and I'm sure he'll get the just response for it. I won't feel bad for the cop at all. But I don't feel bad for the girl, either, and I regret knowing that she'll come away from this self-righteous. |

That's one badly worded (or conveniently worded) document. |

i want to go on a rant about how he isn't justified, and list the reasons he shouldn't have a job as listed in the article benjbenj posted.but that will take to long. no one can say what he did was proper conduct.
he also killed a mentally handicapped person who "was reaching for something in his car" by shooting at him 11 times, 50 cent only got shot 9 times, surely you should never exceed 9 times.
he also got caught with DUI after the incident. lionheart:
"but imagine a job where you had to deal with 300 douchebags intent on kicking and punching you every single day" even if someones dealing with that, doesnt mean they should take it out on one individual. |
