There's a pug at the local dog park like that. The owners said it was a birth defect and it's a pain in the ass caus in the summer they have to put sunscreen on it. Poor doogy. :( |

Either that dog is just got something in his mouth that looks like a tongue or its got some serious genetic defect. Probably not that severe since the dog has survived up to whatever age its at now. |
