this is too good to be real~*xox*~ How is it good? They didn't even say how it worked? And the commercial claimed you could lose weight without working, but then it goes on to say the more active you are, the better? I don't know... |

I use those in the sauna to cut weight wrestling... you can sweat out like 10 pounds in like 2 sessions of working hard for like 2 hours. but it only is sweat, not any fat |

No, it works by making you sweat so much, you lose a lot of water weight, then you gain it back when u drink or whatever, I've seen that technique used on racehorses, but not humans... before now, clearly |

I think I know how this works (aside all the bs). Just because people will think they're losing weight, so they'll feel better and either A) lose weight since they're less stressed or B) actually go to the gym or something because it feels right.And everyone weighs less in the morning because they sweat in bed (yes, you do too) |
