I almost fell asleep when I got my forearm tattooed.

KIKENI - correction, they're not *supposed* to tattoo you if you're drunk, that doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I've been tattoed while drunk, and I've seen lots of other people as well.
That said, if a guy comes in totally sh*tfaced and asks to get a dog on his face, every artist I know is going to show him the door and tell him to come back when he's sober.
*THAT* said, this guy looks like he's drunk to me... |

If he wasn't drunk he was probably coming down from some osrt of bender. Chances are if he gats that ugly tattoo on his cheek, he probably takes ton of drugs. |

A) he had numbing ointment(which i dont think he does)

Maybe sleeping was his way of coping with it. I know it's nothing like getting a tattoo on my face, but I've fallen asleep at the dentist's before. |

A.) Face tattoos are the stupidest f***ing thing in the entire world. He'll regret it when he's 75 and his face is so droopy that that rooster will look like an ewok. At least if it were anywhere else on his body, like upper arm or leg, he could hide it.
B.) Anyone could fake sleep.
