Friday, February 06, 2009 6:50:12 AM I think Opie's right. Yeah the pilot did a great job, but like he said, he was merely doing his job. His modesty and piloting skills should deserve some credit, especially his modesty above all else. And hey, I'm betting pro-extinction-of-mankind people are hating his guts right now. |

Friday, February 06, 2009 6:11:34 AM I listen to all of this. Having read the comments here, I would say IAB is becoming like ebaum's world... 12 year olds signing up as 18-29. Sad. And one of them is a Mod. Really sad. |

Friday, February 06, 2009 5:50:13 AM This was so frickin' boring! Most of the comments here... (I guess Ebaum's crowd has joined IAB, meh) Are you all that drating stupid, or just ADD? This is people preparing to die, in real time. I would love to see your asses on that plane as it went down. Stupid f*cks. |

Friday, February 06, 2009 5:29:11 AM @opiebreathe... Having seen your pointless stammerings on IAB a couple of weekks ago, I am certain the people on that plane are more than elated that you were not in the roosterpit. You have raised the definition of ignorance and douchebag to a new level. Grow up, Jesus Christ. |

Friday, February 06, 2009 5:20:17 AM "Why is this crash getting so much attention?" Are you serious? A flock of Canada geese takes out both engines of an Airbus 320 over New York City. The pilot lands the jet (with no power) safely in the Hudson River. 150 souls are back home with their families. Are you serious? Tell me you are joking.

Friday, February 06, 2009 2:46:35 AM The reason this is getting so much attention is because World of War Craft stories bore the sh#t out of people with real lives. Also it was probably a slow news day(and that's a good thing) |

Thursday, February 05, 2009 4:43:27 PM I just gave up trying to listen. Most of it is just nothing except for a few bits of sound. |

Thursday, February 05, 2009 3:17:51 PM fu*k whoever calls this a miracle. The people's lives were saved thanks to 2 groups of people: The engineers who designed the plane and the pilots who flew it. They deserve a freaking parade. |

Thursday, February 05, 2009 2:45:48 PM My attention span is wayyyy to slim for this. I need like pictures or something to look at. Kind of like a picture book. |

Thursday, February 05, 2009 2:36:28 PM "i wonder why all the print media are calling it flight 1549 when the air traffic controllers clearly are calling it 1529" actually in the transcript the same plane is referred to as 1529, 1539, and 1549 which is rather worrying.... |

Thursday, February 05, 2009 12:47:57 PM WOW. That was really hard to listen to, because off of the silence. It's a 20 minute clip with like 3 minutes of audio. |
