"Atheists are slaves to themselves, and they don't even know."

I'd still love to hear this one. If you don't elaborate, Sixclaws, I will assume you can't and are just blowing steam. Going once... going twice...

Ok... that thoroughly traumatized me. I don't think I'll go back to Christianity, thanks. I'm much more fulfilled as a witch.

Anyway: Qwelch, all Siyanor could have meant was that every person that he hates happens to be Christian; not that he hates every single christian. Just the ones he knows...

Oh, BTW, no, I would not assume the cashier gave me all my change, that's why I check my change. Duh.

And no, I would not assume you hate all women, I would assume there are women that you hate, which may or may not be all of them.

The statement "I hate Christians", grammatically, means nothing more than there are Christians that I hate. I don't see why anyone would assume "all" if it's not there, nor why anyone would assume "some" if it's not there. Grammatically, the sentence does not specify.

Well, people should stop assuming falsities then. It's not my fault you don't understand me. If you don't make any assumptions, you know you're not wrong.

"I find it amusing that people can't read, and yet call me an idiot. "I hate Christians." Where in that sentence do you see "all?""

Siyanor, if you don't specify "some" then "all" is what is implied. If I was a cashier and said, "here's your change", would you not immediately assume that it was all of the money that I owed you, and not just 'some' of it?

DavioMagnifi is absolutely correct.

As an agnostic that's beginning to lean strongly towards Christianity, those creepy puppets at 1:19 don't compel me to stop singing, convert, or show moral character.

Then again, my (almost) (re-)conversion has been unconventional to say the least.

Take religion out of the whole video... this video gives me weird vibes such as The 2 guys are working for Father Nelson and are pedophiles or something.

I don't know, I don't often watch Christian videos, or listen to their music. It seems extremist in some ways. I do agree with the message, however I don't believe one has to look to a greater entity to help....morals don't always come from religion. To know what is right and what is wrong should be common sense.

Do unto others, as you would have done unto you.

This basically means, if you don't like people stealing from you, then you don't do it yourself. If you don't like being beat/hit, don't do it...ect.

Oh, and the "golden rule" can be found in almost all religions. (Yes, even non-christians)

"no, america was fromed becuz people wanted freedom of religion. and taxes... wait. wtf obama?"

And perhaps without the influence of religion which directly lengthened the Dark Ages, other countries would have colonized the US and we would be not only radically different, but two hundred years further into the future technologically.

Your whole concept is ridiculous.

But when you say "I hate Christians" you categorize the people that you hate as Christians, so people assume you hate all Christians. If I were to say "I hate women, you would assume that I hate all women because that's basically what I just said. So technically it's not assuming it's what you said.

Instead of debating religion, we could make fun of this video. Just a thought. Like how that dude in the overalls is constantly all over that cat...thing.
