Lewis Caroll wrote Alice in Wonderland because his girlfriend asked him to tell her a story... And that girlfriend was 10 years old.
A lucid dream may have inspired the story, but he wrote the story for his girlfriend.

"i dont dream at all.
i feel left out."
That means you're dead.
You mean, you don't remember your dreams. If you don't dream, then you're dead...

Actually, the tip where they say to wake up earlier and to go back to sleep is very good. Most of the time, this WILL actually get you a vivid dream. I'm pretty sure it's more than 30%-50% though... Or maybe it's just me...?

Okay, I actually started a lucid dream the day after I told myself when I went to bed "I shall have a lucid dream"

Well, it started off that I was in the neighbors bathroom hiding kittens that looked like my cat (don't ask) when I realized the bedroom to my friend's room was on the wrong side of the bathroom and I was like "Omg! I'm DREAMING! I can lucid dream!" So I changed the kitchen into a trashcan and carried on with my dream, forgetting I could do anything.

Wow! What a coincidence! I've been practicing lucid dreaming for about 2 weeks. It's hard!

I just tired it.
drat I'm exhausted, I wouldn't recommend it for a night's sleep because it leaves me with the feeling I didn't sleep at all, gotta let the mind rest.

oh and when im lucid dreaming like i did 3 nights ago. it was awesome because i stared in my own horror zombie scenario at my school. idk why, but thats always how my lucid dreams end. in a dead-end. like im running ignto this minimart and i grap this heavy crate thing to block the door, and the door is automatic and open up so i can't block it and then i wake. xD
felt incredibly stupid when i thought it over later.

man, everytime i get control of my dream I get to wake up on my own command, and that lol.

It is alitle hard for me to have control of it. its like ofc i want to, but i fi take to much, i get the urge to wake up. adn then i hate myself. xP

+++ Sometimes i dream things and later it happends :O idk what thats called, but its realy creeping me out. i dream a scenario: im in a place i have never been b4 and som1 says something and simpsons is on the TV. later i go to a birthday party at this girls place and it happends. this dude yells something and Marge is talking about the dog on the tv. and im :O'ing.

when i was little and had nightmares, i would force myself to close my eyes in my dream, because when i opened them, i would be awake.

it may be along the same concept.

You know now that I think about this I have had lucid dreams to a point. I have been aware of them but not ever to the point I could control them. It mostly was like just watching TV. I will have to try these out and see if I can get into the point I can control them.

im learning lucid dreaming! it takes time but its definetly working i used to have dreams that i felt realy bad pain in and id wake up sweating and hurting but now i can sometimes become aware im dreaming and change it to do wateva i want. the best way for me is to tell yourself to lucid dream and then stay aware in the hypergognic state- when ur not asleep or awake and u feel like ur spinning around and falling!

i have bizarre dreams. whenever my friends tell me about their dreams they tell me they fly and stuff. but my dreams are wayyyyy more strange. like last night i dreamt i was a bunny and there was a war between a bunch of furry cute animals, and to decide what side you were on you would have a colored wrist band, but i found a reversable wrist band, so i would keep switching sides like a double agent. and it gets far more stranger than that.
