You can indeed play the flute, and for that I congratulate you. Since I work for professional musicians in the civilian world, I see a lot of attitude like yours, and can only say that blurting out crap like you did doesn't score you any points amongst your peers.

I have nothing but respect for Greg Patillo. It would actually be pretty stupid if I didn't because I recently won first place in a flute contest in which he was a judge. Greg Patillo actually plays the flute, and throws in some beatboxing, rather than being a beatboxer who spent a week learning a how to make a sound and finger one or two notes. I suggest you look up Greg Patillo's video of "Peter and the Wolf" to see some actually flute playing.

This video, on the other hand, is nothing but a bunch of beatboxing with a flute picking up the air that he happens to be blowing out. He actually sounds like a decent beatboxer, but he doesn't deserve to have the word "flute" in his name.

However, if you still insist on hearing some of my flute playing,

"As a Jazz Flute player, I can honestly say, that sounds like poo."

Well then Sathon, since you are implying that you're some sort awesome on the flute yourself, instead of talking a truckload of sh*t perhaps you should demonstrate your skills for the world to see.

Unless you're just a big talker and basically SUCK.

I mean come on, he's hardly even playing the flute. At least Greg Patillo plays more than three notes in his songs.

Any "beatboxer" can pick up a flute and do what that guy just did.
