Wednesday, December 03, 2008 1:46:46 AM What I want to know is when are those monkeys from the future supposed to arrive, become celebrities, and begin what will become the planet of the apes. And where does skynet fit into any of this! |

Why is that?Because if there's one thing all humans know, its that everyone on the planet aside from themself is a stupid, evil bastard. Or as my dad put it, "The whole world's mad except me and thee and I'm not so sure about thee." |

Wednesday, December 03, 2008 12:08:43 AM Wow, what a big kitchen they expected everyone to have! The chicken cooker alone is the size of most modern kitchens, and where do you keep all those punched cards for the recipes? And how efficient tele-shopping would be, serving thousands of customers by individually showing each of them one product at a time! Boy, some real brains went into thinking about that segment. |

Tuesday, December 02, 2008 9:39:16 PM "Wow. Before they made predictions they might want to figure out how any of that stuff would actually work. I'm still interested in finding out what would happen if you ate a chicken cooked with infra red waves."Two things: 1) If you want to eat chicken cooked by infrared waves, buy this: http://www.popularmechanics.com/blogs/te... 2) If people had to know how to actually pull off crazy stuff in the future, it wouldn't be the future, it'd be the present. The reason such advances are made is because people can imagine things occurring without knowing how they would work... |

Tuesday, December 02, 2008 8:57:22 PM funny the truth is in our society we don't need such conviences because we have better coviences than that. Things like fast food chains for instant gratification and microwave ovens. Most people I know rarely cook and when they do they mostly use the microwave. |

Tuesday, December 02, 2008 8:04:25 PM "The cookery book is replaced by punch cards!" ---------------------------------------------- How incredibly modern! Also I call "no-way" on the fridge keeping "foodstuff" fresh for 6 months. |

Tuesday, December 02, 2008 7:29:39 PM You know what's weird? Everything changes EXCEPT moral values. We always expect the future to have better human care, better technology, to be faster and more efficient, but we always predict ethics and general values to stay the same. Why is that? |

Tuesday, December 02, 2008 7:18:35 PM That was so not French. French is like vomiting. Whereas this language was like chopping up something, ripping its head off and spitting. |
