ok, after reading wiki:"Note also that a runner may carry the ball in such a manner that it is over the sideline, so long as the ball or runner does not touch anything out of bounds." seems that it was a legal play since the player must touch out of bounds. |

i was under the impression that football was like soccer where the ball is out when it fully crosses the line, NOT when the player touches the ground out of bounds.I might look more into that now. and not so much give the WR a scholarship, but get a new QB... |
