Thursday, September 25, 2008 7:55:27 PM Great to know they're trained to magically sense and attack cancer like that, but chopping the whole thing off was probably rash.Kinda glad I don't have one now. Then again, neither does he... |

Thursday, September 25, 2008 4:23:58 PM I might have been a little more understanding if they told me there was cancer. But... still! You don't just cut of a man's ding-dong without his consent. I don't care WHAT you find. |

Thursday, September 25, 2008 1:31:04 PM How did the doctor know it was cancer just by looking? A circumcision doesn't require that much invasiveness. Was there a giant tumor hanging off or something? Because I think maybe most people would go get that checked out before worrying about a circumcision... |

Thursday, September 25, 2008 1:15:51 PM well scotchy i disagree, the man might've chosen death over losing his willy. I'm pretty sure i'd like to get some last use out of it if i were in his situation. |

Thursday, September 25, 2008 12:57:41 PM MM... After hearing this I was like WTF?!? now, not so much. Mostly cause we now know the guy had cancer. We don't know what stage the cancer was in, or if he had time to do anything about it. It could have been life threatening where he had x amount of days to live, or it could have been 7 months. Really though, from that small of an article its hard to make a real decision, we don't know everything. If it wasn't threatening in the next week or so, then yea he shouldn't have done it. If it was, I think he made the right call, I mean he is a doctor. But until ALL of the facts are present, cant really judge either way. |

Thursday, September 25, 2008 12:36:23 PM that's not legal OR fair. i wonder what his reaction was when he "realized his penis had been amputated."'realize' seems like such a weak term; more like: 'discovered with absolute horror.' |

Thursday, September 25, 2008 12:21:58 PM WHY? The doctor was male, he should've at least had the decency to ask him before taking his dong. |

Thursday, September 25, 2008 10:20:22 AM I'd love to know how the Dr. knew it was cancer. I read the whole article and didn't see anything regarding a positive pathology or biopsy. You don't just take away a dudes cash & prizes like that. |
