they're actually aliens.the matryoshka dolls are actually housing small aliens, who are controlling the humans' brains through the stethoscope connection, and utilizing certain nerve endings in the hands and fingertips to project their bizarre, mind-altering sound. We just aren't affected because we weren't actually at the performance. The "popularity" of the "matryoshka doll theremins" will surely grow, and then it will be too late. You have been warned. |

the stethoscopes are there so that each person can hear their individual theremin, and not be affected by the sound around them so they can harmonize, unfortunately, that didn't work for one guy who was like flat the entire time. butchyeah, they're hands are controlling the pitch. |
